MNCF activities includes small group meetings for prayer, bible study and fellowship. We organised professional talks on nursing and other related topics relevant to today nursing profession. We also organised camps, retreat and events like Nurses Day, Christmas gathering, visitation and others to encourage our members.

MNCF is a member of Nurses Christian Fellowship International, an inter-denominational organization that upholds essential Christian beliefs among nurses worldwide. It aims to promote Christian principles and values in the nursing profession through training and education, outreach and expansion and practical caring activities. It organizes an international and a regional conference alternatively every two years.
